  I don't know who they are paying to write these reviews, but my experience here has been nothing short of hell. At one point they had helpful staff who took care of things, but those days are long gone.
  
  A few months after moving in, the buildings A/C unit malfunctioned and flooded my living room. After three days of requesting someone to come out and look at it, they finally showed up and fixed the leak. By then however, the wall, door frame, carpeting,and my furniture had suffered water damage. I requested the walls and door frame be painted and asked about the carpet and my furniture. They said they would come out and paint the next day and shampoo the carpet. They said there was nothing they could do for my furniture. It was minimal damage so I let it go. It took them over a month to repaint the damage area and when the did they colors did not match. The also never shampooed the carpet. Since my furniture set in the wet carpet for three days, some of the finish came off on the carpet. I was later told I probably not get my deposit back.
  
  We chose an apartment with handicap access as a member of our family has limited mobility. Last winter we had a bad snow/ice storm. We requested the handicap ramp be salted so the we could get out of the apartment if needed. Not only was the ramp not salted, NOTHING on the premises was salted. Not the side walks, not the parking lot, not the steps or ramps. We called the day after the snow for someone to please come salt the handicap areas, which I thought was required by the people with disabilities act. It was five days later before we could leave the apartment.
  
  We don't smoke. Our neighbors do. While that's not a problem, they tend to throw their cigarette butts into our yard. We received a letter stating if we didn't clean them up we would be evicted. After unsuccessfully trying to explain we don't smoke, I was forced to pick up the neighbors trash in order to stay.
  
  The most recent complaint is the noise. My surrounding neighbors and my self have complained about the above tenants. Their is a constant banging and jumping going on ALL hours of the day. You can hear them running, slamming things and yelling constantly. Numerous calls have been made on them and yet management refuses to address the issue. Its so bad the people not beside them have came to our apartment thinking its us. They do it CONSTANTLY, even at two in the morning.
  
  The apartment was nice when I moved in, but the neglect of the property and the tenets ruins this place. I cant wait to get out of here and I do NOT recommend anyone moving here.
